This Community Service (PKM) activity is one of the implementations of the Three Pillars of Higher Education carried out by students of the Law Study Program at Universitas Pamulang Serang Campus. The activity is motivated by the lack of legal understanding among young people, particularly regarding rental agreements, which are among the most common civil law transactions in daily life. Through legal outreach at SMKN 7 Serang City, students collaborated directly with participants to enhance legal literacy on rental agreements regulated under Articles 1548 to 1600 of the Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPerdata). Topics covered included the definition and legal basis of rental agreements, validity requirements under Article 1320 KUHPerdata, rights and obligations of the parties, forms of default (wanprestasi), and available legal remedies in case of contract violations. The results showed increased understanding and enthusiasm among students regarding the legal aspects of rental transactions. This activity is expected to empower young people to become legally savvy individuals capable of protecting themselves in every rental transaction.
