People’s lives have changed significantly due to advances in information and communication technology, especially regarding the use of social media among adolescents. Social media has now become a source of information that can influence adolescents’ attitudes and behavior, including sexual behavior, in addition to functioning as a means of communication and entertainment. High school students are highly vulnerable to environmental influences and technological developments because of their high level of curiosity and ongoing process of self-discovery. The purpose of this study is to determine how social media influences the sexual behavior of high school students. High school students were given questionnaires as part of a survey-based quantitative research methodology. The students participated in this quantitative study by completing the questionnaires provided. Statistical analysis was applied to the collected data to determine the relationship and impact between adolescents’ sexual behavior and social media use. The findings indicate that social media has both positive and negative impacts on adolescents’ sexual behavior. Adolescents who are exposed to inappropriate information, lack parental supervision, or excessively use social media are more likely to engage in deviant sexual behavior. However, when social media is used wisely and constructively, it can help educate individuals about reproductive health.
