Empowering village communities requires strengthening organizational management and human resource quality as the primary foundation for achieving economic independence. The condition of the Pancalaksana Village community indicates that local organizational management and individual capacity are still suboptimal, resulting in low productivity and limitations in developing existing economic potential. These problems include a lack of understanding of management functions, weak organizational coordination, and a lack of skills relevant to the needs of a productive economy.
This community service activity aims to improve managerial skills and human resource competencies through an applied training and mentoring approach. The methods used include counseling, participatory discussions, organizational management practices, and simulations of business development based on local potential. Furthermore, an evaluation is conducted to measure participants' level of understanding and behavioral changes after participating in the activity.
This activity is expected to increase the community's capacity to manage organizations effectively, foster awareness of the importance of planning and collaboration, and develop skills that support independent economic activities. Thus, this activity is expected to encourage the creation of a more productive, independent, and competitive community in facing local economic challenges.
