This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to improve the performance of the Cikamunding Village apparatus through leadership training and competency-based recruitment systems. The main problems faced are low leadership capacity, suboptimal work coordination, and a recruitment system that is not yet competency-based. The implementation method is carried out through material delivery, interactive discussions, and evaluations. The results of the activity show an increase in the understanding of the apparatus regarding leadership and the importance of competency-based recruitment. This activity has a positive impact on improving the professionalism of village officials.
