The management of organic waste at the household and agricultural levels remains a serious issue that impacts environmental pollution and public health. A lack of technical knowledge regarding waste processing and a minimal understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) principles are the primary factors hindering optimal waste utilization. The objective of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of the residents in Tegal Village through socialization and education regarding techniques for processing organic waste into safe and economical compost fertilizer. The implementation method involves a preparation phase through site surveys, followed by an execution phase that includes K3 socialization, practical fertilizer production training, and monitoring assistance. The expected results of this activity include increased community awareness in waste sorting, the ability to produce organic fertilizer independently, and the creation of a cleaner and healthier environment. Through the application of K3, the waste processing can be carried out without health risks, while simultaneously providing added economic value for residents by reducing dependence on expensive chemical fertilizers
