This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve the understanding of tempe chips Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) regarding the importance of digital promotion and human resource (HR) competencies in business development. The activity was conducted on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at Kemang Tonggoh Village, Angsana Subdistrict, Mancak District, Serang Regency, Banten. The implementation methods included observation, socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation activities. The materials presented covered the utilization of social media as a digital promotion tool, online marketing strategies, improvement of business management skills, customer service, and the development of human resource competencies. The results of the activity showed that MSME actors experienced an increased understanding of the use of digital media to expand product marketing and the importance of HR competencies in supporting business growth. Participants also began to understand how to create simple promotions through social media and the importance of more structured business management. This PKM activity is expected to help MSME actors improve business competitiveness, expand marketing networks, and support sustainable community economic development.
