Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to provide socialization on strengthening human resources to improve MSME marketing in Pabean Village. The problems faced by MSME actors include limited understanding of marketing strategies, utilization of digital media, and development of human resource quality in facing business competition. The activity was conducted on Friday, April 24, 2026, in Pabean Village using socialization methods, material presentations, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions with MSME actors. The results of the activity showed that participants gained a better understanding of the importance of strengthening human resources, marketing strategies, and the use of digital media to support increased MSME product sales. Through this activity, MSME actors are expected to improve business competitiveness and expand product marketing reach more effectively.
