PENYULUHAN HUKUM DALAM UPAYA PENCEGAHAN TAWURAN, PENYALAHGUNAAN NARKOTIKA, DAN KENAKALAN REMAJA DI LINGKUNGAN SEKOLAH

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to increase students’ legal awareness and understanding regarding the dangers of student brawls, narcotics abuse, and juvenile delinquency in the school environment. The activity was carried out at SMAN 2 Pandeglang located at Jl. Pendidikan No. 41, Ciekek, Karaton Village, Majasari District, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province. The problems faced by the partner included the lack of students’ understanding regarding the legal consequences of brawls and narcotics abuse, the influence of negative social environments, and low legal awareness among teenagers. The implementation method used educational and participatory approaches through legal counseling, interactive discussions, case studies, and question-and-answer sessions. The materials delivered included juvenile delinquency, legal impacts of student brawls, dangers of narcotics abuse, and prevention efforts against deviant behavior in schools. The results showed an increase in students’ understanding of legal regulations and the social impacts of deviant behavior. Participants also demonstrated high enthusiasm during the activity through active participation in discussions and sharing opinions. This activity is expected to build discipline, improve legal awareness, and create a safe and conducive school environment.
