Community Service Activities (PKM) are part of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which aims to provide real contributions to society through educational and empowerment activities. One of the problems that is still often found among students is the low level of understanding regarding rights and obligations in dealing with law enforcement processes. The lack of legal literacy causes students to be vulnerable to committing legal violations or experiencing violations of their rights due to ignorance of applicable legal procedures. This PKM activity aims to improve students' understanding and legal awareness through a legal literacy program implemented at SMAN 5 Kota Serang. The implementation method was carried out through legal counseling, interactive discussions, simple simulations, and participant understanding evaluations. The materials provided included the definition of law, students' rights and obligations in legal processes, appropriate attitudes when dealing with law enforcement officers, and examples of cases that often occur among students. The results of the activity showed that participants had high enthusiasm during the activity and experienced increased understanding regarding the importance of legal awareness in everyday life. This program is expected to shape students who are more legally aware, responsible, and able to behave appropriately when facing situations related to law enforcement processes.
